This house was designed to take in a wonderful view. You can see the lake from just about any room in the house. Enjoy a fine breakfast, tea time, or morning coffee in our dining room while watching the sunrise. Take the tram down your own private beach. Go for a swim. Take a canoe or Kayak adventure. Roast marshmallows over a nightly fire, or just relax, sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves splashing the shore.
Canandaigua Lake
Some come here to get away and relax others come to explore. Come find out what life on the lake is like. There is plenty to do around town. This region offers lots of fun for families, romantic getaways for couples, and plenty of places to party for friends gathering. We are centrally located between Canandaigua, Naples, and Bristol. It is not far to travel to any of these wonderful places.

In Canandaigua
This city has history dating back to the 1700s. There are some interesting historical places to visit like the Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum, or Sonnenberg Gardens. Take a walk down main street or visit the city pier.
In Naples
If there is one word to describe this town it is “Grapes“. Here you will find things mostly purple like their fire hydrants. Enjoy a grape pie, or grape ice cream. This town is also known for Wineries, breweries, and a distillery. Check out Grimes Glenn or go fishing.
Local Breweries
This region around Canandaigua is actually more known for its beer rather than wine. We have information on 9 breweries you can visit all within a 20 minute drive from your stay. Flavors range from extreme IPAs, to fruit juice, to good ol’ traditional beer.
Explore Wine Country
The finger lakes region is known for having geographic features that create a climate perfect for growing grapes. New York actually ranks third in grape production behind Washington and California. This area is known mostly for its sweet white wines. If you are a wine enthusiast or just like the occasional drink, there are 4 wineries within a 20 minute drive you can try.
Local Cuisine
There is amazing food to find in this region of the finger lakes. You just have to choose to drive either 15 minutes north to Canandaigua, or 15 minutes south to Naples from Sunrise Lakehouse to find this wonderful fare that awaits.
